New Delhi: Turns out interest in fitness runs in the family gene! Milind Soman, the poster boy for marathon running in India, has surprised and impressed everyone this time, but guess what! The mother of the Indian supermodel was spotted recently running along with him barefooted in Manor, a district near Thane.

Clad in a sari, the 76-year-old Usha Soman who joined her son during the final leg of The Great India Run, can be seen running effortlessly in the video that was shared on The Great Indian Run's Facebook page.

Milind, who completed triathlon championships last year, is participating in 'The Great India Run' which is a two-week long marathon. Popularly called the Ironman of India, he is running barefoot from Ahmedabad to Mumbai. The marathon will end on August 4.
