ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಾ. ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದ 'ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಉತ್ಸವ'ವನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿಯವರು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಉತ್ಸವವು ಉತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಜ. 7 ರಿಂದ 14 ರವರೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.
