Tonk-Sawai Madhopur registered 63.21 per cent voter turnout in 2019, a gain of 2.2 per cent. The total number of electors in the constituency is 1943668 while the total voter turnout is 1228509. While in 2014, the constituency registered 61.01 per cent voter turnout. The total number of electors in the constituency was 1709401 while the total voter's turnout was 1042978.

Sukhbir Singh Jaunapuria of BJP had won from this constituency in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls. In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Sukhbir Singh Jaunapuria had garnered 548179 votes and defeated Mohammed Azharuddin of INC who got 412868 votes.
