Narendra Modi should come clean on his marital status: Congress

The Congress said BJP`s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi should come clean on his marital status while filing nomination papers for the Lok Sabha polls.

Panaji: The Congress on Tuesday said BJP`s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi should come clean on his marital status while filing nomination papers for the Lok Sabha polls. "Modi in his nomination papers to be filed for the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls should not keep the marital status column blank," Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Shantaram Naik said at a press conference today.

He claimed that Modi had been keeping the columns of `marital status` and `assets of spouse` blank.
