Geri Haliwell confesses to trying Botox

Los Angeles, April 07: After Aussie pop princess Kylie Minogue, former `Spice Girl` Geri Halliwell is the latest celebrity, who has confessed of trying botox. But the 36-year-old singer said she was put off by the experience, claiming it gave her headache.

"Years ago in America, when Botox was new, I had some squirted into my forehead and it gave me a headache. I`m not saying I`ll never do it again, but for now I strive to look for examples that show me it`s OK to age," said Halliwell who made headlines recently by abruptly dumping her Italian fiance, Fabrizio Politi. The singer-turned children`s author who is also a single mother to two-year-old daughter Bluebell Madonna is now trying to get comfortable in her own skin, reported Daily Mail online. "I have to go in front of that camera now as a 36-year-old woman and be as confident as I can. I have days of self-doubt, but I think the kindest thing I can do to myself is accept where my body is at. I`m done with trying to be perfect," said Halliwell. Bureau Report
