BJP ruled Haryana government has invited Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to the Golden Jubilee celebrations on November 1, in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the chief guest.

New Delhi: BJP ruled Haryana government has invited Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to the Golden Jubilee celebrations on November 1, in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the chief guest.

Kejriwal, has been at loggerheads with Centre for most of the times, and is a known bete-noire of Modi.

According to highly places sources in the Haryana Government, an invitation has been extended to Kejriwal, since he hails from the state.

To mark 50 years of establishment of the state, Harayan government is going to organize a mega event 'Bemisaal Haryana' in Gurgaon on November 1.

The celebrations will then continue throughout the year across different parts of the state until October 31, 2017.

The state government is also likely to present a report card of its 22 months of existence in the state.

The event is likely to highlight the incidents of historical importance that made the state, and will also showcase the growth story and achievements of Haryana in the past 50 years.

Prime Minister Modi may also launch new schemes and inaugurate new projects across the state during the event.
