The video is 31-year-old and as per HS Phoolka, who is fighting for justice to those killed in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, the Congress had wiped out the records from Doordarshan's archives.
Phoolka retrieved it. The video shows Rajiv Gandhi saying: "Bada ped girta hai, toh Dharti toh hilegi hi."

"A Prime Minister, who justified genocide and whose party was responsible for the massacre, can't be a Bharat Ratna. We demand Rajiv Gandhi's Bharat Ratna's be taken back," Phulka said.
