Nagpur: Four Naxal supporters were arrested for pasting pro-naxal posters in Gadchiorli district of Maharashtra, police said on Thursday.
The arrested have been identified as Sudhakar Ballaya
Punna, Mahadeo Satyam, Satish Gattuwar and Pocham Gota from
Sironcha taluka, they said.
The Naxals are observing `martyrs week` and police have
beefed up to tackle the situation.
A peace rally was taken by the police with the help of
citizens and school children in Gadchiroli yesterday, to
counter the movement, police added.
