Supply vessel, barge collide at Mumbai dock

Mumbai: A supply vessel collided with a
barge at Indira docks here today but there was no casualty.

Mumbai Port trust officials said no vessel has
capsized, nor were there any casualties.

"A supply vessel came in contact with a barge carrying
steel coils. The barge listed about seven degrees as a
result," an official said.

The incident comes in the wake of the collision of two
ships off Mumbai coast earlier this month, which led to oil
spill along the Konkan coast.
