Vohra meets Qasim

Srinagar, Apr 28: Continuing his mission of holding talks with a cross section of people of Jammu and Kashmir, Centre's interlocutor N N Vohra today called on former state Chief Minister Syed Mir Qasim who said it was imperative to involve Pakistan in any resolution of the Kashmir issue.

Chief Minister Syed Mir Qasim who said it was imperative to
involve Pakistan in any resolution of the Kashmir issue.

"Kashmir issue is the legacy of partisan and only
negotiations between India, Pakistan and people of Kashmir can
resolve this problem", 82-year-old Qasim told Vohra.

Qasim said he told Vohra that dialogue was the only way
to resolve the issue.

The former Chief Minister said Vohra discussed the
political situation in the state during the meeting which
lasted about 20 minutes.
