Bus driver, conductor held for molesting school teacher in WB

Howrah (WB): The driver of a bus and its conductor were on Friday arrested here for allegedly molesting a school teacher this morning, police said.

The incident happened when the woman, teacher of a local school here, tried to board a bus and the conductor allegedly grappled her and dragged her inside the bus, they said. No passenger came to the woman`s rescue, who kept on screaming for help requesting the conductor to stop the bus and let her down, police said. The bus finally stopped after a non-stop drive for several minutes and the woman went to the nearby police station and lodged a complaint, said police. Police tracked down the bus and arrested the conductor and the driver, they said.
