New Delhi: Since past few days, Delhi has been grappling with high levels of pollution. According to a report by the World Health Organisation (WHO), the city has been found to have the highest levels of particulate matter, also known as PM 2.5, known to be most harmful to human health.
According to the Indian Meteorological Department (MET), toxic ozone levels have breached the permissible limit in Delhi.

-Skin: The increasing pollution takes away all the moisture from your skin leaving your skin parched dry and susceptible to various skin allergies and infections.
-Hair: Already its winter time and dry winter winds along with toxic air can have a lot of damage on your hair leaving them dull and dry.
-Nasal blockage: You may experience nasal blockage due to the thick layer of smog surrounding you which may cause irritability in your nose and may even lead to asthma.
-Eye infections: Do you often experience burning eyes while you pass through a swarm of vehicles in traffic. All thanks to the rising air pollution which may cause eye infections, eyes flu and conjunctivitis.
-Immunity: And last but not the least, the deteriorating air quality adversely affects your body's immunity making you prone to various diseases.
