Hina Khan pulls off a 'Poo' aka Kareena Kapoor from Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham in Kasautii Zindagii Kay

New Delhi: The first episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay featuring Hina Khan as Komolika was aired on Monday. The actress made her much-awaited entry as the viewers waited with baited breath to catch a glimpse of the new 'vamp' in town. However, an interesting Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham moment took the audience by complete surprise.

Hina as Komolika after her first meeting with Anurag Basu(Parth Samthaan) said," Kaun hai ye jisne komolika ko palat ke nahi dekha?" Always used to getting people's attention, Komolika was left shocked when Anurag didn't pay any heed towards her after bumping into her.

Well, this is not something that you are hearing for the first time.

In the Karan Johar directorial, Kareena Kapoor who plays Poo in the film had said,"Kaun hai ye jisne mudh ke mujhe nahi dekha. Who is he?" 
She said this when she was royally ignored by Hrithik Roshan's character Rohan in the film.

Knowing the kind of equation Ekta Kapoor and Karan Johar share, it can pass off as a small tribute to one of the iconic characters created by the Koffee King himself. We wonder how Karan will react to this news!

Coming back to Hina, she nails her look as Komolika in the first episode and confidentially embarks upon the new journey as a vamp after playing a "sanskari" bahu for years. The actress was introduced in the grandest possible manner by the Czarina herself. Ekta also took to Twitter to welcome Hina to her show. A few days ago, Hina also confirmed that she has signed another show with Ekta but did not divulge much about it.
