Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja's 'Amar Akbar Anthony' launched—See pics

New Delhi: One of the biggest names in the Telugu film industry, Ravi Teja is back in action with 'Amar Akbar Anthony'. Mythri Movie Makers took to their official Twitter handle and shared the on-set pictures with fans. Both Ravi Teja and director Sreenu Vytla started their career with Nee Kosam followed by super hits Venky, Dubai Seenu; once again Vytla-Ravi are back into show business with Mythri Movies Production officially launched with the muhurtham shot.

'Amar Akbar Anthony' stars Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja in the lead role with Anu Emmanuel playing the female lead. The venture is being helmed by Sreenu Vytla.

Telugumirchi.com quoted the filmmaker as saying, “I am very excited to work with my hero Raviteja. Seed for this film Amar Akbar Anthony was sown one year back. A simple one-minute idea was expanded into a full-fledged script with ten months of hard work by my team members. This is one of the back bending and exhaustive script I ever worked on. Raviteja and my producers felt that the script has come out extraordinary.”

He added, “ Entire 100% shoot is planned in the United States and just a meagre 10 days of production will be shot in India. Locations like New York, Detroit, Salt Lake City and many more are to be covered in the forthcoming schedules. None of the Indian movies are shot so extensively in the US which promises to be a treat for movie lovers. Thanks to my producers and their wide network in USA made these schedules possible in reality.

After succeeding as a hero with many hit films to credit, Sunil is joining our team as a full-length comedy artist in this flick while yesteryear heroine Laya, her daughter Shloka are also a part of this film. One more highlight of Amar Akbar Anthony will be Raviteja’s son Mahadhan in a superb role.”
