"Playing over a 100 matches with Federer and Nadal made me a better player," the five-time Australian Open champion said at the Rod Laver Arena.
Djokovic defeated Federer 6-1, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 at the Rod Laver Arena to move into his 17th consecutive Grand Slam final.
With his win today, Djokovic has surpassed the Swiss maestro 23-22 in their head-to-head record.
The 10-time major champion is now looking to match Roy Emerson's all-time record of six Australian Open titles.
