Graffiti, often perceived as rebellious and ephemeral, has emerged as a powerful medium capable of impacting lives and influencing communities.
In an age when social media holds sway, good old poll graffiti and limericks still find favour with parties in politically conscious Bengal to grab the attention of its voters.
The varsity condemned the graffiti and said "any and all remnants" would be removed.
The Australian Police found about 15 swastika symbols drawn on the footpath, bus stops, poles, benches and electrical boxes, the ABC reported.
