NIA files charge sheet against 20 in Kerala gold smuggling case

20 people have been named in the charge sheet and are booked under UAPA sections 16,17,18 and 20. The charge sheet was filed before the NIA court by investigating officer Radhakrishna Pillai. This becomes the first time when NIA has used UAPA in smuggling case, which is usually invoked in terror cases.
