The company raised more than Rs 410 crore from anchor investors. IPO received bids for 51,06,330 shares against 1,91,45,070 shares on offer. RIIs portion got 52 per cent subscriptions while the quota for non-institutional investors received 2 per cent subscriptions.

The company-backed by ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, is an Indian footwear retailer targeting the economy, mid and premium segments in the footwear market. It opened its first store under the Metro brand in Mumbai in 1955.
