Over 2 lakh pilgrims performed the Amarnath Yatra in 20 days Since this year`s Yatra started on June 30, 2,07,679 pilgrims have performed the yatra Those using the Baltal route have to trek 14 km to reach the cave shrine Those using the traditional Pahalgam route have to trek 48 km for 4 days to reach the cave shrine

33,795 people have so far registered for this year's Amarnath Yatra: Officials
Over 33,000 people have so far registered themselves for the annual Amarnath Yatra. The devotees are making a beeline for designated bank branches to secure a permit for undertaking the journey. The 43-day long yatra is scheduled to start on June 30 after the coronavirus pandemic enforced break of two years.
