The real love life of Sumit Vats, who plays the male lead in Zee TV show `Hitler Didi`, seems to be going through a rough patch.

New Delhi: The real life love life of television actor Sumit Vats, who plays the male lead in Zee TV show `Hitler Didi`, seems to be going through a rough patch. Sumit`s girlfriend is said to be upset with a few intimate scenes he did on-screen with the protagonist Rati Pandey.

The scenes in question were shot in a special sequence of the show in Macau, where the cast of the show had gone. Unbeknownst to Sumit, his girlfriend flew down to Macau to surprise him. There, she saw a drenched Sumit locked in an intimate embrace with Rati while shooting for the scene. "The scene required Rati to push Sumit into a canal and later have a drenched Sumit sharing an intimate moment with her. No one expected his girlfriend to show up when she did, much less have her witness the scene," a source said. "There is no denying that the chemistry between Rati and Sumit was explosive to say the least. But then, as a partner to an actor, one expects that she would understand that an actor is required to enact all sorts of scenes," the source added.
