However, once peeled, the fruit goes into our tummies and the peel goes into the trash. What if we told you that banana peels have health benefits of their own?

Rub the peel on your teeth for two weeks. You should begin to see some results very soon.

Remove skin warts

If you have skin warts, this problem can be easily solved with a banana peel. Simply rub the peel on the wart. This will also prevent them from appearing in the future.

Acne and wrinkles

Bananas are great for skin care. All you need to do is rub a banana peel on your skin, specially on problematic areas and leave it for 30 minutes. Do this everyday till you start seeing the difference.

Banana peel also helps to keep your skin hydrated. Add an egg yolk to a mashed banana peel. Apply this mixture on your face and wash it off after 5 minutes.

Apply the peel on the psoriasis affected area. The banana peel has moisturizing properties and also reduces itchiness. It will quickly heal psoriasis and you can see noticeable results within no time.
