ಬಾಲನಟನಾಗಿ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದ ತೇಜ್, ಆನಂತರ ಕನ್ನಡ, ತಮಿಳಿನ ಕೆಲವು ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈಗ ಸದ್ಯ ತೇಜ್ ನಟಿಸಿರುವ "ರಾಮಾಚಾರಿ 2.0" ಚಿತ್ರದ ಟ್ರೇಲರ್ ಅನಾವರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ರಾಜಕುಮಾರ್ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಟ್ರೇಲರ್ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
