Gandhinagar Lok Sabha Constituency, is one of 26 Lok Sabha constituencies in the western state of Gujarat and cast its vote in the 2019 election on April 23. The results would be declared on May 23.
Gandhinagar registered 65.57 percent voter turnout in 2019, a gain of 0.47 percent. The total number of electors in the constituency is 1945149 while the total voter turnout is 1275394. While in 2014, the constituency registered 65.10 percent voter turnout. The total number of electors in the constituency was 1733077 while the total voter's turnout was 1128297.

In the 2014 Lok Sabha election, veteran leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) – Lal Krishna Advani roared to victory by winning with a huge margin of over 4.80 lakh votes. He has won five consecutive elections from Gandhinagar constituency since 1998.
Advani had defeated Kiritbhai Ishvarbhai Patel of the Indian National Congress (INC). Advani had secured 773539 votes while Patel got 290418 votes.
