OnePlus 5T to go on flash sale in India on November 21

OnePlus 5T will be lauched at an event in New York on November 16.

New Delhi: OnePlus has confirmed the place and date of launch of the OnePlus 5T smartphone. The company has also mentioned the key dates for the sale and availability of the phone in various markets.

“Sales for the OnePlus 5T in North America and Europe start on November 21. The OnePlus 5T will be available in China on December 1. Early birds in India will be able to get their device through a flash sale on November 21, while official sales start on November 28,”  OnePlus wrote in a community forum page.

Confirming the date and place of launch the company wrote, “For the first time ever, we're bringing our keynote to Brooklyn, New York, to share the latest OnePlus news directly with the OnePlus community. There's two ways you can join our event when it kicks off on November 16 at 11 AM Eastern Time (4PM GMT)”.

Meanwhile, Pete Lau, the company's Founder and CEO responding to a Weibo comment, also revealed the OnePlus 5T will be priced under CNY 4,000 (approximately $600).

Putting speculation about the 3.5mm headphone jack in the upcoming OnePlus 5T to rest, Pete Lau had last week announced the smartphone will retain the standard headphone jack.
