New Delhi: A barbaric act of a man has gone viral on social media in which he is seen overtly encouraging a little kid to smoke a biddi.
As the identity of this man and his relation with the kid could not be ascertained, Tamil Nadu People’s Forum for Tobacco Control has appealed people to provide any information regarding this.
In the 54-second video uploaded on YouTube, the man, carrying a boy on his lap, is seen lighting biddi in child's mouth and encouraging him to smoke it out. Other men are also seen in the background.
As the kid inhales the smoke, he coughs it out.
“If you can identify the person, contact Tamilnadu People’s Forum for Tobacco Control (TNPFTC) – 044-24721579 or mail to tnscmact@gmail.com. We will be taking a legal action. Also if you come across such instances or any other complaints, please use “TobaccoMonitor” app to report the instance/complaint,” says TNPFTC.
