New Delhi, June 27: Acknowledging that there was a
constraint of time in implementation of the Indo-US nuclear
deal, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Friday said
that views of different sections had to be considered and
hoped that an "acceptable" solution will be arrived at.

"We are discussing with all concerned parties. We hope
that after this we will arrive at an acceptable solution,"
Mukherjee said at a joint press conference with Pakistan
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi here when asked about
the Indo-US nuclear deal.

"I am aware of the constraints of time, but we have to
keep in view the concerns of different sections which have to
be addressed," he said.

After the virtual collapse of talks between the UPA and
Left over the Indo-US nuclear deal, the government appears to be
weighing various options before it on whether to push
the agreement forward.

The Left parties, which are virtually reconciled to
the possibility of the government approaching the IAEA to sign
the safeguards agreement, still appeared to have not given up
hopes.
