Joining the much talked about Sunday’s peace endeavours to be participated among others by defence minister George Fernandes in Ahmedabad, National Cadet Corps (NCC) will take out a peace march at Bhavnagar simultaneously.
Commanding officer of NCC group headquarter (Rajkot) Lt Col R K Talwar said in New Delhi that the peace march, starting from crescent circle at 8 am, would culminate at jail road.
"The idea is to spread the message of brotherhood and unity," he said adding people from the cross section of the society have been invited to participate in the march.
NCC would take out similar peace activities at Junagadh, Rajkot, Jaamnagar, Surendranagar and Bhuj, he said.
