Kabul: At least 100 school boys have been admitted to a hospital in Herat, Afghanistan, after reportedly consuming poisoned beans outside their school gates on Saturday.
According to reports, the incident took place at Herat`s Fateh High School.
The boys, aged between ten and fourteeen years, fell unconscious after eating the beans that were being sold by a local vendor.
Herat Police have confirmed the arrest of the vendor and said that a probe has been launched into the incident.
