Court fixes Jan 3 as the next date of hearing in Babri case

Rae Bareli: The special CBI court hearing
Babri mosque demolition case on Wednesday fixed January 3 as the next
date of hearing in the matter.

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Fourth) Vishnu
Prasad Agarwal posted the hearing for January 3 after key
witness in the case, IPS officer, Anju Gupta`s counsel moved
an application submitting that she was indisposed.

Gupta, who was deployed as security officer with BJP
leader LK Advani at the time of demolition of the Babri
mosque, had on November 11 appeared in person before the court
for cross examination.
