Scientists believe that aliens are trying to contact us through the stars!

New Delhi: There's an interesting news for all space enthusiasts out there! This is something that UFO and alien hunters have been trying to convery for the longest time, but aside from creating a temporary buzz, it has mostly fallen upon deaf ears.

Aliens, apparently, have been trying to reach out to us through the stars! Yes. Scientists, it seems, have detected unusual signals from deep space and believe that they might be messages from extraterrestrial beings.

An analysis of millions of stars found several hundred behaving strangely and similar to Tabby's star – which is believed to be a fuel source for intelligent life far, far away.

There appears no obvious explanation for what is going on and astronomers have concluded that they must be messages from alien life, as per the Daily Star.

The research is being conducted by two scientists from Quebec’s Laval University, EF Borra and E Trottier. In their paper, they wrote, “We find that the detected signals have exactly the shape of an (extraterrestrial intelligence) signal predicted in the previous publication and are therefore in agreement with this hypothesis,” the Daily Star reported.

The research paper, called Signals probably from Extraterrestrial Intelligence, will be published in the journal Publications of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific.

However, they have also mentioned that for proper confirmation, more research needs to be carried out, due to lack of explanation to put a finger on the reason behind these strange modulations.
