On day 7, Djokovic, Federer, Berdych, Nishikori won their respective matches to enter the quarters in men's section, while Serena, Sharapova, Radwanska and Suarez Navarro made into the last eight.

8:45 IST: Swiss maestro Federer completed the rout of Goffin in one and half hour. He won the match 6-2, 6-1, 6-4, and will play sixth seed Tomas Berdych in the quarters.

17:40 IST: Roger Federer has taken the first set against David Goffin. A little while ago ten seed Spaniard Carla Suarez-Navarro fought back from a set down to beat Aussie hope Daria Gavrilova 0-6, 6-3, 6-3. And she will play fourth seed Agnieszka Radwanska, who survived Anna-Lena Friedsam test earlier.

16:40 IST: Suarez Navarro beginning to work her way back into it - she leads 3-2 in the 2nd after Gavrilova took the 1st 6-0. Suarez Navarro makes a comeback to take the 2nd set over Gavrilova 6-3.
