8:45 IST: Swiss maestro Federer completed the rout of Goffin in one and half hour. He won the match 6-2, 6-1, 6-4, and will play sixth seed Tomas Berdych in the quarters.

17:40 IST: Roger Federer has taken the first set against David Goffin. A little while ago ten seed Spaniard Carla Suarez-Navarro fought back from a set down to beat Aussie hope Daria Gavrilova 0-6, 6-3, 6-3. And she will play fourth seed Agnieszka Radwanska, who survived Anna-Lena Friedsam test earlier.
