Bank Holidays in October, 2021: Banks to remain shut for 10 days.

It should be noted that bank holidays differ from state to state, therefore not all of these holidays will apply to you. In October 2021, the banks will be closed for a total of 21 days. On these specified holidays, all banks in the country, including the public sector, private sector, foreign banks, cooperative banks, and regional banks, will be closed.

Bank Holidays in October: Banks to remain closed for 13 days from today.

Banks are closed on Sundays, as well as the second and fourth Saturdays of each month, according to RBI regulation. The list of holidays provided by the RBI is divided into three categories: state-specific festivities, religious holidays, and festival celebrations. Banks will be closed for 13 days in various cities around the country starting today.
