Delhi Police registers FIR against unidentified persons in JNU protest case

The FIR was registered under section 186/353 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Kishan Garh police station. The case has been registered from the police's side but there has been no complaint from the students as of now.

JNU protest: Delhi Police moots FIR against students for flouting Section 144

A massive protest was held by JNU Students' Union on Monday in New Delhi against the fee hike by the university authorities. Demanding a complete rollback of the hostel fee hike, the JNUSU on Monday carried out a march to Parliament, as the winter session began.
