Vishnu Jain On Gyanvapi Masjid: After the temporary ban on the survey of Gyanvapi by the Supreme Court till 5 pm on July 26, now everyone's eyes are fixed on the Allahabad High Court. The Supreme Court has asked the arrangements committee to go to the High Court. Both the parties will now present their arguments in the High Court. After this, further action will be decided on the stand of the court. After the order of the Supreme Court, the lawyers of the mosque committee have started preparing the application in the Allahabad High Court. The Muslim side Arrangement Committee can file its petition in the High Court on Tuesday i.e. today. So on the other hand, Vishnu Jain, the lawyer for the Hindu side, while answering the question about the excavation, said that there will be no excavation for the next one week.

Supreme Court puts ban on Gyanvapi survey

The Muslim side has filed a petition in the Supreme Court (SC) demanding a stay on the ongoing ASI survey of the Gyanvapi campus in Varanasi, UP. In this case, the Supreme Court has stayed the ongoing ASI survey in Gyanvapi till 5 pm on Wednesday and has asked the Muslim side to go to the High Court. Earlier, the Supreme Court said that we can ask the ASI to maintain status quo till then. At the same time, the demand of the Muslim side was that the survey should be banned. The CJI said that we can instruct the ASI not to do any digging at the moment. It can be heard on Friday. Let us inform that today the Muslim side put the matter of Gyanvapi survey in front of the CJI bench. At the same time, the Hindu side opposed the demand of the Muslim side to stop the survey. The Hindu side said that the sealed area is not included in the survey that is being done.

Survey of Gyanvapi campus begins once again

Gyanvapi Survey:Today the Varanasi court is surveying the premises of Gyanvapi Masjid. The Muslim side is also raising questions regarding the survey. But the Hindu side has advocated to bring out the truth. Meanwhile, the ASI team has reached Varanasi court. The survey was stopped when the Muslim side did not reach the Varanasi court and after a long wait the survey has been started again.
