Family Time With Kapil Sharma – This actress may be the co-host

Mumbai: Kapil Sharma will soon be back on the small screen with his new show Family Time With Kapil Sharma which promises to be a lot different from Comedy Nights With Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show.

The latest promo featuring Ajay Devgn was recently unveiled by the makers and it looks likely that the Singham of Bollywood could be the first guest on the show.

And there’s more to it. TV actress Nehha Pendse will reportedly join Kapil as the co-host of the show. She will be the new member of Kapil’s team.

According to a report in TOI, “Yes, I've met the team of the show. In what capacity I will join remains to be seen, and that too if I go on-board. I am not in a position to talk about it yet. I have seen Kapil's work earlier and I am a huge fan of his. It would be a dream come true if it happens.”

Besides Nehha, Chandan Prabhakar and Kiku Sharda too will be a part of the show. They have been with Kapil since ‘Comedy Nights…’ days.

The show is expected to start a day after Super Dancer season 2 concludes. Judged by Shilpa Shetty, Anurag Basu and Geeta Kapoor, Super Dancer season 2 is telecast on weekends during the prime time slot. And this means that Kapil will be back on TV at about the same time.

The star comedian didn’t have a pleasant 2017. His fallout with Sunil Grover made headlines in March last year.

Soon after Grover’s exit, TKSS arguably lost its charm. The TRP of the show got affected badly and Kapil couldn’t cope with the pressure, reportedly. His health deteriorated and he had to call off shoot quite a few times at the eleventh hour.

To resurrect his health, he flew to Bengaluru to undergo treatment at an Ayurvedic clinic and returned to Mumbai to complete his film Firangi which released on December 1. The film directed by Rajiev Dhingra and produced by Kapil Sharma proved to be a dud at the Box Office. It was Kapil’s second film after his debut Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon and first venture as a film producer.
