Salman Khan fans don't want Dabangg 3 - Here's why

Mumbai: Salman Khan fans took to Twitter to request their superstar not to do Dabangg 3. And the reason for this is that they are mighty upset with Race 3 debacle. 

The hunk of an actor's latest Eid release has failed to impress even his fans. The disappointment level is so high that his fans do not want him to continue with the Dabangg franchise which began in 2010. The film directed by Abhinav Kashyap proved to be a blockbuster. It marked the launch of Sonakshi Sinha in Bollywood and made Sonu Sood's Chhedi Singh character extremely popular.

However, owing to differences of opinion with the filmmaker, Salman got the sequel to Dabangg directed by his younger brother Arbaaz Khan. The film which released in 2012 did decent business at the Box Office and hence the third instalment of the franchise is on the anvil.

But given the fact that Race 3 proved to be disastrous, fans of Salman want him to focus on films like Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai.

As a fan, doing negativity after the film is made is absolutely wrong coz neither can you do anything nor the star.

But you can definitely request your star not do certian movies or include certain people in the movie before it is made.

We know Chulbul Pandey is one of the most ICONIC & LOVED character of Indian Cinema. But can't see that iconic character not getting its due in future because of poor cast, direction & story. Better to not harm it anymore.

Race 3 is the third instalment of super-hit franchise Race. Directed by choreographer-turned filmmaker D'Souza, Race 3 also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Saqib Saleem and Freddy Daruwala besides Daisy Shah on board.

The first two instalments had Saif Ali Khan essaying the lead role and they were directed by Abbas-Mustan.

Only Jacqueline and Anil from the current crew have been a part of the first two instalments.
