Shamita to host baby shower for sister Shilpa

Mumbai: Shipla Shetty is due any time now. And the mandatory baby shower is yet due. But come Thursday, Kundra residence would be hosting a grand babby shower for the actress. Sister Shamita Shetty will be at the helm of affairs and the actress is making sure that her elder sister has a gala time. Speaking to daily, a sources said, "Shamita has only told her the date and asked her to come by 3.30 pm. Shamita is organising everything along with Shilpa`s close friends Kiran Bawa and Rupali Shah. Shilpa has been asked to just come and enjoy the party." The guest includes Shilpa’s close friends from the industry. Maanayata Dutt, Krishika Lulla, Raveena Tandon Thadani will all be there for Shilpa’s special day. The theme is going to be pink and blue and Shamita has decided to decorate the place with candles and flowers. Since it is a baby shower and not a traditional god bharai, no men will be allowed at the function. An excited Shamita said, "I want it to be surprise for Shilpa. I have never been to a baby shower so we`ve had to do lots of research. We will be cordoning off the lower section a day before as we don`t want Shilpa to know what she`ll be doing. She`s very curious! This was the only day we could get as she`s been traveling because of IPL and her work commitments. It`s a very special day for Shilpa. I just want her to have a good time, be treated like princess and be showered with gifts."
