New Delhi: Indian batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar bid adieu to international cricket on November 16, 2013. The legendary batsman drew curtains to his spectacular career post India's victory against West Indies in the second Test played at Wankhede Stadium.

Playing in his last international match, Tendulkar rolled back the years for his fans with a magnificent 74-run knock. He was looking all set for yet another Test century before he was caught in the slips off the bowling of Narsingh Deonarine.

BCCI arranged Tendulkar's final Test at Wankhede – a request made by Tendulkar himself as he wanted his mother to witness his final Test innings.

MS Dhoni and his men wrapped up the match inside three days.

The moment the final wicket fell, Dhoni and the entire team gave a guard of honour way back to the dressing room as an emotional Tendulkar wept in front of a jam-packed stadium.

Tendulkar played for India in 200 Tests where he scored 15921 runs at an average of 53.78.
