Ashton Kutcher reveals why he doesn't get 'personal' on social media

Washington: Actor Ashton Kutcher, who used to be very active on social media, has revealed the reason as to why he stopped sharing his personal details. In a recent interview, the 38-year-old actor revealed that he no longer shares personal information, rather he now share stories that inspire ideas that connect and educate people on his social media handle, E! Online reports.

Explaining the reason behind it, he said, "At one point I thought, `Heck, if I share things first and I have control what it is that I`m sharing, maybe it`ll devalue the tabloid story fodder." It is being said that another factor in this regard could be his and Mila Kunis 18-month-old daughter, Wyatt Isabelle, who is his main priority now. "Having a child takes whatever table you`re sitting at, flips it upside down and switches all your priorities around, only parents understand the absolute awe of parenthood, he said.

Notably, Kutcher was one of the first celebrities who really took to Twitter and started sharing the personal details of his life even before the media could do for him.
