Kanye West ropes in b’day girl Kim Kardashian to help with Obama campaign

London: When Kanye West whisked Kim Kardashian away for her 32nd birthday for a romantic trip to Italy, it was thought that wedding bells were on the way especially as Ryan Seacrest had hinted at an engagement.

But the reality TV star must`ve been pretty disappointed as she reportedly ended up stuffing envelopes for Barack Obama. The rapper is a huge supporter of President Obama and with the US election looming it seems he put his girlfriend’s birthday on the backburner – all to see his favourite candidate getting reelected. “Kim was expecting her birthday weekend to be all candlelit dinners – even a proposal with a diamond ring,” a source told The Sun. “But Kanye’s determined to see Obama back in office and got Kim to help with paperwork and persuading celebrity pals to give their support.” ANI
