Los Angeles: Singer Janet Jackson shared her first health update with fans since officially confirming her pregnancy in October.

In the tweet the singer thanked her fans for all the love and said she is doing fine.

"Hey you guys.. It's been awhile.. But I'm still listening.. I feel your love and prayers.. Thank you.. And I'm doing well.. Al Hamdu lillah," she wrote, concluding her message with an Arabic phrase that translates to, "Praise be to God."

The 50-year-old star, who would soon welcome her first child with husband Wissam Al Mana, had remained completely silent on the social media platform since August.

The couple has even considered baby names, and as per the source, it will "have something to do with Michael Jackson."
