Three LeT terrorists killed in Anantnag encounter were 'involved in Amarnath terror attack'
The three terrorists, who were on Monday night eliminated by the security forces in an encounter in Anantnag district of south Kashmir, were involved in July 10 Amarnath terror attack, in which seven pilgrims from Gujarat were killed.

Srinagar: The three terrorists, who were on Monday night eliminated by the security forces in an encounter at Anantnag district in south Kashmir, were involved in July 10 Amarnath terror attack, in which seven pilgrims from Gujarat were killed.
Speaking to news agency ANI, Col Aditya Sahai said, "According to police records, the three Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorists killed in Wani Hama encounter were involved in Amarnath attack."
Refusing to divulge further, the Army officer said the police will be able to ascertain the matter better.
The encounter broke out at around 8 pm on Monday at Wanihama village of Anantnag, following an anti-militancy operation launched by the security forces.
Terrorists had killed seven Amarnath pilgrims from Gujarat, including six women, and injured 32 others as they struck at a bus in Kashmir's Anantnag district on July 10.
