Sambhal is one of the 80 Lok Sabha constituencies in Uttar Pradesh. 

Sambhal registered 64.67 per cent voter turnout in 2019, a gain of 2.27 per cent. The total number of electors in the constituency is 1827861 while the total voter turnout is 1182137. While in 2014, the constituency registered 62.40 per cent voter turnout. The total number of electors in the constituency was 1692925 while the total voter's turnout was 1056322.

 

Major Jagat Pal Singh of Indian National Congress, Parameshvar Lal Saini of Bharatiya Janata Party and Dr. Shafiqur Rehman Barq of Samajwadi Party are a few prominent candidates contesting for general elections 2019 from Sambhal Lok Sabha Constituency of Uttar Pradesh.

The Sambhal Parliamentary Constituency was formed before 1977. It presently comprises of five Vidhan Sabha segments with one reserved for the SC category.
