Police prohibits private aerial movement in Delhi for two months

Delhi Police on Thursday prohibited the movement of sub-conventional aerial platforms like paragliders and microlights in the national capital from August 12 to October 10.

New Delhi: Delhi Police on Thursday prohibited the movement of sub-conventional aerial platforms like paragliders and microlights in the national capital from August 12 to October 10.

The order, under Section 144 of the CrPC, said that those found guilty will be punished. 

It said that hang-gliders, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs), remotely piloted aircraft, hot air balloons, small-size powered aircraft, quadcopters or even by para jumping from aircraft will be restricted across Delhi.
