Justice Sirijagan denies making any remarks criticising state

Kochi: Justice S Sirijagan of the Kerala high
court today denied having made any remarks critical to the
state government.

Justice Sirijagan, had on July 30 in open court made
stinging remarks against the LDF government asking if it
was working for `Mafia, polticians, and the Rich`.

The rules seems to be applicable only to the Courts
and the poor, Justice S Sirijagan observed orally when a
petition on closing down some crusher units came up before the
court

However, today while hearing another case, the judge denied
the statements attributed to him.
