New Delhi, June 06: The BJP today said there were no signs to show that a mosque existed at the Bhojshala site in Madhya Pradesh and just offering prayers in a temple did not convert it into a mosque.
"There are no outlines (rooprekha) of a mosque at Bhojshala. Bhojshala is historic and there are no signs of a mosque being inside it. The mosque is outside the area", BJP leader Vijay Kumar Malhotra told reporters here.

Just by offering 'namaz' at the area, a temple did not become a mosque, Malhotra said, adding Digvijay Singh's statement that a mosque existed there did not make it so.
