Sonia on blitzkrieg campaign in Saurashtra

Amreli, Dec 05: Gearing up for elections on Dec 12, Sonia Gandhi is addressing several rallies in Saurashtra today. In her fire brand addresses, she is attacking BJP for misgovernance and bringing forth grass-root issues.
In Amreli, she emphasised on developmental issues like provision of basic facilities of water and electricity in the area. Highlighting the failure of four and a half years of Modi regime, she said that Gujarat`s `Gaurav` lies in having basic amenities and prosperity all over rather than any `yatras`.
Also, the Congress president is stressing on the failure of economic policies of BJP government. It is noteworthy that this is Sonia`s second round of campaigning in Saurashtra. Congress is taking on the ruling party head on in this area which is otherwise a BJP stronghold.
Sonia Gandhi will address rallies in Babra and Surat also. Two days back, Sonia Gandhi had visited Sundernagar, which is also a traditional constituency for BJP.
