IMFL gang busted, three arrested

Kanpur: Police Thursday claimed to have
busted a Indian Made Foreign Liquor gang and arrested three
persons in this connection.

On a tip off, city police intercepted a car last night
and seized illegal liquor worth about Rs two and a half lakh
in Shooterganj area, DIG Prem Prakash said.

During investigations, it was revealed that no excise
tax was also paid on the liquor.

Further investigations are on in the matter, they
said.
