New Delhi: Television and film actor Ashiesh Roy's death has left his fans as well as his peers shocked. He was suffering from a kidney problem. Actress Delnaaz Irani, who had worked with him, remembers him and said, "I have done a show called Yes Boss. We were there together in this show. I have also done a couple of plays with Ashiesh and worked too. First and foremost, he was a wonderful actor. He was so much fun on the sets, joking, laughing, mastikhor, so basically, a very joyful person to be around."
She added, "I have worked with him a lot so I can say that I had a great time. Well, life is such that after the work is done, people part ways and we go our own way. But I remember when he was hospitalised about two years back he had a kidney ailment which was a prolonged one. He had some sickness which was really tough. I remember going to the hospital and meeting with him, sitting with him there and chatting. I was quite shocked to know about his demise. So I am really taken aback and I am feeling really sad and disheartened today. May his soul rest in peace."
