New Delhi: After he slammed a century against England post a comeback in Tests after 5 years, Pakistani all-rounder Shoaib Malik dedicated the ton to his mother.

Malik, who was unbeaten on 124 on Day 1 of the first Test, took to Twitter to express his gratitude.

The 33-year-old also thanked wife Sania Mirza for her support.

In reply to the tweet, Sania said that he was exremely happy about him making his comeback count.

Apart from Malik, Mohammad Hafeez too played a significant knock of 98 runs while Younus Khan surpassed Javed Miandad as Pakistan's highest run-getter in Tests.

In another tweet, Malik had congratulated Younus on his feat.
